1. Do you ship internationally?
No, currently we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand shipping internationally in the future—stay tuned!
2. How long does shipping take?

3. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link. If you don’t get it, please check your spam folder or contact us at contact@reddballagh.com.
4. Can I change or cancel my order?
Because our products are made-to-order, we begin processing quickly. Please contact us within 24 hours if you want to change or cancel your order, and we’ll do our best to help.
5. What is your return and refund policy?
We accept returns or replacements only if your item arrives damaged or incorrect. Since items are made-to-order, we don’t accept returns for size or change of mind. Please see our Exchanges & Refunds page for details.
6. What sizes do your shirts come in?
Our apparel usually comes in sizes S to 3XL. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering to ensure the best fit.
7. How long does processing take?
Orders typically process within 2–5 business days before shipping.
8. Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not at this time, but you can ship orders directly to your gift recipient by entering their address at checkout.
