How to Track My Order

Can’t wait for your Redd Ballagh magic to arrive? Here’s how to track your order and stay updated every step of the way.

1. Watch for Your Shipping Confirmation Email

As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with:

Your tracking number
A link to track your package
A summary of your order

?￯ﾸﾏ Tip: If you don’t see the email, check your spam or promotions folder—sometimes our messages like to hide there.

2. Click the Tracking Link

Your email will include a direct tracking link from the carrier (usually USPS, UPS, or another U.S. provider). Click the link to see your package’s current location and estimated delivery date.

3. Be Patient During Processing

Orders are made-to-order and typically take 2–5 business days to process before shipping. Once your order leaves our hands, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your location.

4. U.S. Shipping Only

We currently only ship within the United States, so all tracking information will come from U.S.-based carriers.
