Exchanges & Refunds

We want you to love your magical mail from ReddBallagh.com—but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help!

Because all of our items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for reasons like wrong size, buyer’s remorse, or changing your mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly make it right.


Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item?

Oh no! If your order arrived flawed or wasn’t what you ordered, please email us within 7 days of delivery at contact@reddballagh.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you or issue a refund if necessary.


Do You Offer Exchanges?

Since all products are printed just for you, we can’t offer traditional exchanges. Please double-check our Size Guide before ordering apparel. If you need help choosing the right size, we’re happy to assist before you place your order!


Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are only issued in the following situations:

  • Your item arrived damaged or misprinted

  • Your order never arrived (after reasonable shipping time)

  • You received the wrong item

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for it to appear in your account.


We Cannot Accept Refunds or Returns For:

  • Wrong size ordered (please refer to our size charts!)

  • Change of mind

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier
