Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that during peak seasons, holidays, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to follow your package's journey to your doorstep. If you don't receive your tracking number within a few days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us at contact@reddballagh.com.
International Orders
We proudly ship worldwide! However, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fee.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your package appears to be delayed or lost, reach out to us at contact@reddballagh.com and we’ll do our best to assist. Please allow a reasonable amount of time before reporting a missing package—especially for international orders.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order is placed. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
